You’re having a baby! It’s such a magical time and your little one will be here before you know it. This is supposed to be a happy and exciting time, but you’re feeling far from it because you’re struggling. Like, a lot.

Pregnancy has been so challenging. Everything about your body is changing and you don’t feel in control.

The constant worry about your health, the baby, and childbirth is exhausting. Your mind races, wondering if you’ll be a good mom or if you’ll even be able to bond with the baby. You’re not sure if you can handle all the pressure that comes with motherhood. Anxiety is at an all time high and life ahead feels overwhelming. Every day is filled with stress and nervousness about what’s coming next.

It feels like no one understands what you’re going through.

That’s where I come in! I know how you feel because I’ve been in your shoes. I’ve experienced challenging pregnancies and the crushing anxiety it brings. In our therapy sessions, we will repair irrational thinking, set realistic expectations, and learn practical ways to cope. You’ll build a strong sense of self to help you feel confident for the remainder of your pregnancy going into motherhood.
